Crisis/Emergency Support is being offered in the following languages:
8 am – 8 pm daily
To handle crisis/emergency and to provide consultation for immigrants in need. Simple issues are solved via phone, email or social media networks. Appointments can be made for complex issues. Currently this helpline service is provided in English and Mandarin. In 2019, multilingual services will be made available.
