• Performing groups will receive priority access to complimentary booth space (limited availability, first-come first first-served).
• Booth allocation order:

1. Performing groups (complementary)
2. Sponsor booths ($500 each)
3. Partner booths ($300 each)

• Fundraising opportunities: Any fundraising or sales at your booth belong entirely to your group. Please note: OCCA does not hold a food license for this event. Only pre-packaged snacks or items that do not require a food license may be sold.
• Volunteers: Join our team to help with setup, guest reception, cultural activity stations, photography, and more. (Volunteer certificates available upon request.) Register as a Volunteer
