✨Welcome to the Relaxing Yoga Class hosted by the OCCA Community Association!✨
This course will be led by the experienced and caring instructor Noushin, who will guide everyone through breathing, stretching, and gentle poses to release stress, restore energy, and bring true relaxation to both body and mind.
🗓 Class time: Every Tuesday, 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

👉 Reminder: Limited spots, first come first served! Those who miss 3 consecutive lessons will be removed to make room for those on the waiting list.

⚠️ To ensure the class starts smoothly, please arrive 10 minutes early, set up your yoga mat, and allow yourself some quiet time to breathe and settle in.
