Thank you for joining us today! Here are a few important event details:

Doors open: 3:30 PM
Multicultural & Activity Booths: Open at 3:30 PM

Live Performances: Begin at 4:30 PM
Dinner Service: Starts at 5:00 PM

Seating is limited. Youβre welcome to:
Enjoy your meal at available tables, or
Take your dinner to the seating areas
After finishing your meal, please:
Clear your table
Dispose of leftovers and garbage in the bins
This helps us keep the space clean and allows others to enjoy their meal comfortably. Thank you for your cooperation!

A First Aid Station is located on the First Floor.
If you need assistance, please approach any volunteer.

The event will conclude and doors will close at 8:00 PM.

Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone, all participants are expected to follow this Code of Conduct.
1. Expected Behaviour
All individuals must:
- Treat others with dignity, courtesy, and respect
- Follow staff instructions at all times
- Use facilities safely and responsibly
- Comply with all posted rules and regulations
- Use appropriate and respectful language
2. Unacceptable Behaviour
The following behaviors are not permitted and may result in warnings or removal if repeated:
- Disruptive conduct (e.g., rude language, bullying, harassment)
- Unauthorized photography or recording
- Misuse of washrooms or facilities
- Smoking or vaping in non-designated areas
- Sleeping in the facility
- Entering restricted areas without permission
3. Prohibited Behaviour (Immediate Removal)
The following actions will result in immediate removal and possible banning from City facilities:
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind
- Hate speech or display of hate symbols
- Theft, vandalism, illegal drug use, or alcohol consumption outside licensed events
- Possession of weapons
- Sexual misconduct, including public nudity or sexual activity
- Threats or acts of physical violence
4. Enforcement
The City of Kelowna is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in:
- Immediate removal from the event
- Suspension or banning from facilities
- Involvement of security personnel and/or RCMP
Liability Notice: Participation in this event is voluntary. OCCA is not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property, except in cases of gross negligence. Participants assume all personal risk and responsibility.
