Conflict is a natural part of life—at home, in the workplace, and in our communities. For newcomers to Canada, knowing how to handle conflict positively and respectfully can make all the difference in building strong relationships and thriving in a new environment. In this interactive two-hour session, you’ll explore practical tools and strategies to approach conflict with confidence, reduce stress, and create healthier outcomes.
Through real-life examples, group discussions, and practice, you’ll learn how to respond thoughtfully instead of reacting, and how to transform challenging moments into opportunities for understanding and growth.
Key Learning Outcomes
✅ Eligibility: As long as you have a valid SIN (Social Insurance Number), you’re qualified to participate — no interview required.
